When we got into the limousine driven by David and the Mark, Evie, Misuzu and I all returned to our original appearances that had been changed by the rings. The equipment was cumbersome, so we quickly took it off.
We changed into our casual clothes, with Evie wearing a form-fitting long-sleeved top and a tight skirt, and took a sip of juice. I had gotten completely used to them changing clothes beside me. They felt the same way, and even if they saw me changing, they didn’t particularly react.
And Evie, looking relaxed, leaned back in her seat and converted the results of this gacha pull into monetary value while searching the internet. This was because Misuzu had said she wanted to properly pay back her debt.
“Calculating our gacha results will only be depressing, so I’ve properly tallied up Yuuta’s gacha results. Let’s start with the gold capsules.” -Evie
Gold Capsules
Mikamaru Headband – Cannot be sold
Mikamaru Gauntlets – Cannot be sold
10 million yen potion – Cannot be sold
Jewels for synthesis materials – Cannot be sold
Lava magic circle – Cannot be sold
Fruit of Defense – Cannot be sold
Fruit of SP – Cannot be sold
Fruit of Strength – Cannot be sold
Fruit of Agility – Cannot be sold
“Wow. The gold capsules are all full of things that can’t be sold.” -Misuzu
Misuzu said with an exasperated look.
“They’re all too valuable to sell. I don’t even know how much they’d be worth if you sold them all. Well, there aren’t many people who sell gold capsules in the first place, so the market value is unclear though.” -Evie
“For explorers, their own stats are more important than money, huh?” -Misuzu
“The things that come out of gold capsules are mostly items you can’t buy back later, so most explorers endure it here and prioritize boosting their stats and strength. By being patient like that until you reach the Bronze Gacha, even a party with gacha luck 3 can live quite affluently, I hear. With just me and Misuzu, the lower we go, the more bankrupt we’d be though.” -Evie
Misuzu has a chance of getting a rainbow capsule, and Evie has her summons.
However, that doesn’t translate into money at all. In that sense, gacha luck of 1 is disliked, but so is 2. However, people with gacha luck 2 are often said to get rare jobs, and depending on that, they are actually welcomed. Evie’s summoner could be said to be a quite welcomed rare job.
The most disliked as party members in terms of gacha luck are still people with 1, as it takes longer for rainbow capsules to show results. In the meantime, having one member whose gacha results can’t be expected at all is quite disliked as an explorer.
“W-Well, in exchange, only Yuuta gets gold capsules like crazy in our party. Normally, even with 800 pulls like this time, the whole party might get around 3 or 4 in total, right? But Yuuta got 20 out of 340 pulls.” -Misuzu
However, in the case of our party, we can afford to endure quite a bit until Misuzu gets a rainbow. It’s because my gacha luck is 5. Incidentally, I’m quite hoping Misuzu will become like Tanaka.
“Still, I really don’t want to sell the things that came out of the gold capsules after all. Needless to say for Yuuta’s personal equipment, but I want to keep the potions too for when we might need them. The synthesis materials are absolutely necessary for equipment strengthening that can be used from the 6th floor onward, so I want to keep these too. I want to keep the lava magic circles as well. And there’s no way I’m selling the fruits that permanently increase your own stats.” -Evie
“It must be really tough for ordinary explorers on floors 1~10.” -Misuzu
“Yes, most explorers’ income is from silver and copper capsules. And if that’s still not enough, they reluctantly sell gold items, that’s how it goes. Let me continue. The breakdown of Yuuta’s silver and copper is…” -Evie
Silver Capsules
【Stone Explosion】 magic circle x4 – Selling price: 1.2 million yen, Buying price: 960,000 yen
Unnamed sword – Cannot be sold
1 million yen potion – Cannot be sold
Unnamed equipment x7 – Cannot be sold
Energy booster (pack of 10) x7 – Selling price: 210 million yen, Buying price: 168 million yen
Copper Capsules
【Stone Bullet】 magic circle x10 – Selling price: 1 million yen, Buying price: 800,000 yen
100,000 yen potion – Cannot be sold
MP potion – Cannot be sold
SP potion – Cannot be sold
“You can consider the total income from sellable items to be 169.76 million yen. Well, it’s worthy of being called Yuuta’s gacha results. To be honest, I thought we might have to sell one gold capsule item, but this is quite a profit.” -Evie
“My gacha results exceeded 100 million yen in income?” -Yuuta
I blinked my eyes. After all, almost none of the gold items can be sold. The unnamed swords that came out of the silver capsules are also things I want to keep as spares, so they can’t be sold. The things that came out of the copper capsules, like potions, also end up being mostly things we have to keep.
So in terms of actual money, I didn’t think it would even reach 10 million yen.
“168 million yen for energy boosters? Why are energy boosters so expensive? N-Not in a weird way, but you can only use them once, right?” -Yuuta
“It’s surprising, but when I looked into the reason, I was convinced. These cost 3 million yen per pill, you know. With 10 pills per box, each box is worth 30 million yen.” -Evie
“W-Why so much?” -Yuuta
No matter what, it’s not like the effects last like with the fruits. You take it once and it’s over, so would people really pay that much money for it? Or does it make you so happy that it’s worth paying 3 million yen for?
I take out an energy booster from the box to look at it. It’s like a tablet. No, looking closely, it’s a bit different. Each one was an irregular white egg-like shape.
“Ah! Is it like some dangerous drug, but without the side effects?” -Misuzu
“No, it’s not some weird thing like that. It’s a male-only item, but when you take it, the pregnancy rate for women goes up drastically.” -Evie
It was a completely different reason. I’m embarrassed for imagining something inappropriate.
“For people undergoing infertility treatment, it’s like a savior, I hear. It’s an expensive purchase, but you just have to take the medicine, so the psychological burden is low, and the probability of having a healthy child is high too.” -Evie
“But if it’s silver, it comes out quite a bit even for people other than Yuuta, right? Does it still sell for that much?” -Misuzu
“Misuzu, don’t underestimate adult women’s desire to get pregnant. It may be only this much now, but 2-3 years ago, I heard they sold for around 10 million yen per pill. And apparently these only come out for the leaders of harem parties. So they’re quite rare.” -Evie
“I-I see.” -Misuzu
Harem party. Does the dungeon recognize this party as a harem party? In other words, is it telling me to hurry up and be with everyone?
“Well, that said, thanks to this, we got more income than I thought. Misuzu gave 10 coins to Yuuta, so her share isn’t quite enough to cover her debt to me if calculated accurately. But I want to end this conversation here, so I’ll put 50 million from this into my own wallet. Is that okay?” -Evie
“I have no problem with that.” -Yuuta
“Fine with me too.” -Misuzu
“Okay. Then with this, Misuzu and I are even with no debts.” -Evie
Evie and Misuzu’s money issue was settled with this.
Misuzu seemed relieved too, not just Evie. Even within the same party, money matters can easily lead to trouble. Both the lender and the borrower are concerned about money. It’s best to properly resolve it.
“As for the 50 million I gave to Yuuta, it’s fine now. Honestly, even if I get it back, the benefit I gain from these gacha results is far greater, and if Yuuta will stay with me as a party member forever, I honestly want the items that come out of Yuuta’s gold capsules. Otherwise, I won’t be able to keep up with Yuuta.” -Evie
“Evie, you’ll probably be fine since you have summons. Kain even made it into the Twelve Heroes all by himself.” -Misuzu
“Misuzu. Kain was alone from the start. I also looked into him quite a bit since I thought we had the same job. According to that, Kain challenged the dungeon without recruiting party members from the beginning. In that sense, I’m also bound by the common sense Yuuta mentioned. At that point, I don’t think I’ll be able to do everything alone like Kain. And I chose that.” -Evie
“I see…” -Misuzu
Hearing that, I thought about it. Evie could only clear the 2nd floor quest with an A rating. Perhaps Kain would have easily handled the 2nd floor quest. In that sense, I felt like this party had already been given the strength to explore with these members.
“Then, you two. As I promised, I’m fine with the fruits.” -Yuuta
“Are you really sure?” -Misuzu
When I said again what I had said before, both Evie and Misuzu looked at me for confirmation.
“Yeah. My stats can be boosted as much as needed with personal equipment, and if dungeon restrictions are going to apply to some extent, I don’t think I need to increase my stats any further. More than anything, I want you two to be able to properly keep up with me.” -Yuuta
“I see… Then I won’t argue about that anymore. Misuzu and I will split the fruits. There are 2 fruits of defense. 1 fruit of SP. 1 fruit of strength. 2 fruits of agility.” -Evie
“Evie, I mostly fight at long range, so I don’t need defense. But I do want SP.” -Misuzu
“Then I’ll give strength and defense to Lean. That child is the core of my strength and defense. Is it okay to split agility one each?” -Evie
“Yeah. Are you giving that to Rai?” -Misuzu
“That’s right. Come to think of it, I don’t need to eat the fruits myself.” -Evie
Rai, who specializes in mobility, needs agility, while Rin needs almost the same things as me except for SP. Considering that, most of the fruits will be useful for Evie, huh?
“Misuzu. Is it really okay for me to take 4 of them?” -Evie
“The fruit I want the most is dexterity. If this doesn’t go up while the others increase too much, my bow’s accuracy will worsen.” -Misuzu
“But wouldn’t defense be good?” -Evie
“I feel like it won’t change much even if I raise my defense a bit as a long-range fighter.” -Misuzu
“I see…” -Evie
Evie fell into thought. There would be one fruit of defense left over. I really don’t need it. That’s because the strengthening from the personal equipment is quite powerful. Giving both fruits of defense to Lean would have been fine too, but,
“Then, how about we sell one of the defense fruits?” -Evie
“You’re going to sell it?” -Misuzu
“Yes, I’ve made Lean’s equipment rock solid, and I think it’s okay to prioritize money. Honestly, this exploration is in the red at best. I was thinking of making up for all of it, but the expenses are close to 100 million yen.” -Evie
“100 million…” -Misuzu
“To be exact, I used 7 potions worth 10 million yen each. Also 7 worth 1 million each. Considering fatigue recovery, HP and MP recovery, I used a total of 126 potions worth 100,000 yen each. All together, that’s 89.6 million yen. We’ve been chugging potions like water after all. Other miscellaneous expenses are 1 million yen. The total expenditure this time is 90.6 million yen.” -Evie
“T-That’s amazing.” -Misuzu
Come to think of it, we had been drinking potions like they were juice.
“As new explorers, this is probably an ultra-rich way of exploring. Well, I can manage this much money somehow, but the lower we go, the more unmanageable it will become even with my funds. It’s better to learn how to turn a profit while we can. Yuuta, are you still okay with that?” -Evie
Since I nodded, the conversation was settled with that. Regarding the fruit of defense, David and the others would properly look for a place to sell it at a high price, and it seemed it would go for at least 200 million yen. And then everyone except Evie ate their respective fruits.
After that, we opened the status screen to check, including Evie’s.

Evie summoned the two again, made them eat the fruits, and then quickly dismissed them. If it was just Lean, she could have kept her summoned, but Rai was simply too big. Even in a limousine, it’s cramped for a lion.
“In the end, Rai surpassed me in agility again even when fully equipped.” -Evie
“Well, she does specialize in mobility after all. Rai’s agility just goes up unusually fast compared to the other stats.” -Misuzu

Quest: Floor 2 A Rating
“As I thought, the fruits gradually make a difference. If I hadn’t eaten the fruits, the number of times I could chant my main skills might differ by about 2 times.” -Misuzu
Looking at the status, the things we can do are gradually increasing. And the changes in status from quests, fruits, etc. are gradually becoming larger. If this grows, the things we can gain should become significantly greater.
“So, I have one more proposal.” -Evie
As we were feeling that growth, Evie spoke up again.
“With this exploration, we were able to create a pool of funds. Even if I put 50 million in my wallet, if we sell the fruit of defense, there will be at least 227,370,000 yen left. Depending on the buying price of the fruit, it might go for even more. From here, for the next exploration, 10 potions worth 10 million yen each. 20 potions worth 1 million yen each. 100 potions worth 100,000 yen each. 100 each of MP and SP potions too. We’ll also purchase an additional 10 million yen worth of various equipment. No problem, right?” -Evie
“Yeah, that’s fine.” -Yuuta
I nodded readily. I felt like she said something about needing over 100 million yen, but my sense of money was starting to collapse.
“With this, we have 67,370,000 yen left in funds.” -Yuuta
“We had over 200 million, but the money decreased in an instant.” -Misuzu
“The money sense of explorers…” -Yuuta
“And we’ll need allowances for each of us, right? If anything happens, I can provide the funds, so it’s not a problem, so how about we split the 67,370,000 among the three of us? 10 million yen each for me and Misuzu. The remaining 47,370,000 yen for Yuuta. How’s that?” -Evie
“M-My share is more?” -Yuuta
“Do I need to state the reason?” -Evie
“W-Well… I guess so. It was a stupid question.” -Yuuta
No matter how you look at it, my gacha luck contributes the most to this abundance of funds. Accordingly, Evie is making my share the largest. She’s saying it’s only natural to do so without having to say it.
“Huh? 10… 10 million yen, y-you mean that’s my allowance too?” -Misuzu
“That’s right. Well, you could call it income rather than allowance though.” -Evie
That aside, neither Misuzu nor I have ever freely used that much money before. We never had the leeway to spend money on unnecessary things, so we never paid attention to it at all, but it seems we’ve become quite rich from the results of this gacha.
“If it was just me and Misuzu, we’d be deep in the red at best. But considering my summons’ contributions and Misuzu’s contribution in finding an unusual number of gacha coins, I think it’s reasonable, don’t you?” -Evie
“Is it really okay for me to receive 10 million too? Allowance? Income?” -Misuzu
“Don’t use it for anything weird, okay?” -Evie
“I won’t use it, but don’t say stuff like you’re my mom.” -Misuzu
I was also completely shocked by the large amount for Misuzu. It totally exceeds a middle schooler’s allowance. Are there any middle school students in Japan who get this much allowance?
“Anyway, are you both okay with it?” -Evie
“O-Okay.” -Yuuta
“Of course it’s okay, but somehow having this much is scary.” -Misuzu
Evie must have intended this from the start, or rather she was well-prepared, as she already had the money ready and handed over bundles of cash to Misuzu and me. We stared at it in awe for a while, but then Evie said one more thing.
“What shall we do after this? We could have a party with the three of us at my hotel again.” -Evie
“About that. I-I want to stay at a hotel with just Yuuta tonight.” -Misuzu
“Huh?” -Evie
“M-Misuzu, that’s…”
“I-It’s not like that. I’m not really saying to do it, but Yuuta, you stayed over at Evie’s hotel before we entered the 2nd floor, right?” -Misuzu
“That’s…” -Yuuta
“That issue has already been resolved for me, so it’s fine. It’s just that I also wanted to try staying somewhere with just Yuuta where we can sleep together at ease. My dad definitely wouldn’t allow it at my house, and according to what Yuuta said, if you’re over 15 and above level 3, you’re recognized as an adult, right? Then there shouldn’t be a problem with staying at a hotel or something.” -Misuzu
“That’s certainly true…” -Yuuta
“Is it no good? I’m fine with Yuuta doing as he likes. I’ve only been causing trouble for Yuuta, so I’ll do everything he says. I’ll do anything you want me to do.” -Misuzu
“Y-yeah…” -Yuuta
I-I don’t have confidence in holding back. Rather, do I have to hold back? She’s fully welcoming it. Should I do it? Should I finally do it?
No, but the reason I never laid a hand on Imari despite her constantly approaching me wasn’t just a matter of ethics. I had researched explorers quite a bit since long ago. And there were many explorers who ended up having children at a young age.
This is because explorers become extremely healthy, making it easy to have children. So much so that it can happen even when taking contraceptive measures. The result of that goes without saying.
Because they’re young, they can’t raise them well, and there were many female explorers who had crazy parenting styles like my dad. There were often stories of them leaving their children at facilities, going to explore as explorers, and then dying in the dungeon.
Seeing that, I thought it was scary to have children while young. That’s why I thought I shouldn’t do such things to Imari. The same goes for Misuzu and Evie.
“Then, this is where I leave you. If you’re going to stay together tonight, please get off here.” -Evie
Evie said. Anyway, Misuzu and I put on winter clothes with the Ring of Celestial Change and got out of the car. It was snowing lightly.
