《Nii-tan!!!!》-Akane
“Guffu” -Ur
Something clung to Ur’s face. Rather, it was Akane. Ur, with practiced ease, peeled off the cloth-like figure clinging to him, and she took on her usual fairy appearance. In Lust, her appearance, which could also be seen as a familiar, was not out of place in the city (though it had caused quite the trouble at the academy).
Well, she was supposed to have gone to help Shizuku, but…
“Akane, are you okay?” -Ur
《Nii-tan, I’m tired. 》-Akane
“So Shizuku did something terrible to you.” -Ur
“Why do you assume that instead of confirming?” -Shizuku
《Mostly right, I did a lot of spy activities. 》-Akane
While being gently smacked on the head by Akane’s small palms, Shizuku smiled sweetly and bowed her head to Ur and the others.
“It’s been a while, Ur-sama, Diz-sama.” -Shizuku
“Well, it’s only been a few days, though.” -Ur
“For me, it’s been quite a while.” -Diz
“Diz-sama seems to have been quite busy, indeed.” -Shizuku
While exchanging pleasant greetings, Ur inspected her appearance once again. Her equipment had been completely updated since before she came here.
A magical staff about her own height, with a metal pentagram at the tip emitting a faint light. Several magic stones were set into the hair ornament that gathered her silvery hair, and her robe, based in white, was woven with silver threads matching her hair color, just enough not to detract from her beauty.
Frankly speaking…
“…Doesn’t that equipment look expensive?” -Ur
“Please rest assured, Ur-sama. Most of it were gifts.” -Shizuku
“That just increases my worry.” -Ur
What is this woman doing at the academy?
“It’s okay. I refused gifts that seemed too expensive as they might cause problems.” -Shizuku
“So you mean there were attempts to give them.” -Ur
《Shizuku’s popular. 》-Akane
“Popular, huh…” -Ur
Seriously, what kind of position is this woman in, not even a month has passed.
“You haven’t caused any problems, right…?” -Ur
“……..” -Shizuku
“Shizuku, don’t just smile in silence.” -Ur
《Shizuku’s popular. 》-Akane
“Popular, huh…!” -Ur
Ur seriously considered whether it might be better to take her back from the academy.
“No, I myself am trying to ensure that problems do not arise, but…” -Shizuku
“But?” -Ur
“There are some rather forceful people, and problems do occur.” -Shizuku
“Are you referring to the forceful person who is right now behind you, making a furious face?” -Ur
Diz pointed, and there was a familiar man with an incredibly angry face.
It was Medal. Ur quickly lowered the front of his Fire-consuming helmet to hide his face. Akane seemed to understand as well and slipped into the form of a snake, hiding inside Ur’s armor. However, Medal, seemingly oblivious to Ur and Akane, headed straight for Shizuku and pulled her arm quite forcefully. Then Shizuku, without showing any surprise, smiled elegantly and turned around.
“My, Medal-sama. What a coincidence.” -Shizuku
“Why did you get permission to go out without my consent?!” -Medal
His words were filled with irritation, as if his own property had gone out without permission, and tinged with considerable arrogance, but Shizuku didn’t show any concern. She kept smiling and said, “I am an adventurer.”
“I joined the academy for a purpose. Being active as an adventurer is part of that, and I cannot neglect it.” -Shizuku
“That’s why I’m telling you! You don’t need to be an adventurer because I’ll make it unnecessary!!” -Medal
“That’s impossible, Medal-sama. It is meaningless unless I go there myself.” -Shizuku
Gradually, Medal’s frustration seemed to grow with Shizuku’s unyielding attitude. His anger turned into a malicious, ugly sneer, and he pointed at Shizuku with a voice that had dropped an octave.
“Is that okay? If you can’t listen to me, you won’t be able to stay at the academy.” -Medal
Then, Shizuku looked sad.
“That would be troubling… I would have to ask ‘Thomas-sama’ then.” -Shizuku
“Who?” Ur wondered, but Medal’s smile disappeared instantly.
“Thomas…? The upperclassman Thomas? Why is his name coming up!?” -Medal
“We became friendly when we had dinner together recently. This is a gift from him.” -Shizuku
She showed a hair ornament that held her hair together with a jingle. Medal, infuriated, tried to snatch it away, but Shizuku quickly avoided his hand.
“Take it off!!” -Medal
“I cannot do that.” -Shizuku
“His family’s official rank is 【Gran】! Below me!” -Medal
He strongly asserted his own power, but his face did not show anger or malice; it was clearly filled with anxiety and disturbance.
Thomas Gran Dunrant, one of the Lineage of White. He’s in charge of the ‘White Barrier Magic’, a paragon of virtue and beauty, excelling in both literary and martial arts,” Diz explained in a low voice from behind. It seemed, at least from this information, that he was more capable as a person than Medal, who was throwing a tantrum in front of them. Perhaps that was why he was even more furious.
“You!!” -Medal
As Medal moved closer to Shizuku, his fists clenched tightly, as if he was about to swing at any moment. Ur quickly stepped in front of Shizuku to protect her, but
『Oops』-Rock
“Ugh!?” -Medal
Before he could do anything, Rock, who had silently approached from behind, settled the matter by twisting Medal’s arm.
“My, Rock-sama. It’s been a while.” -Shizuku
『Just a mere fight, I thought to leave it be… but well, master seems to be doing fine. 』-Rock
“Let go!! Who do you think you are to touch me!!” -Medal
『Master, shall I break this fellow’s arm? 』-Rock
“Please don’t do that.” -Shizuku
In the midst of these dangerous words, Shizuku approached Medal, who was still struggling but unable to escape from Rock’s hold.
“If Medal-sama does not give permission, then we have no choice but to rely on Thomas-sama.” -Shizuku
“That man, my family will crush him!!” -Medal
“Then, must we seek help from someone else, perhaps? Papela-sama? Or maybe Chromra-sama?” -Shizuku
One after another, names, probably of men, were mentioned. Diz seemed to have a realization behind them, but Ur pretended not to notice. Medal’s complexion turned even paler, perhaps realizing as well.
“Yo-you…!!” -Medal
Ur understood that Medal was about to say something derogatory like “whore”, but the word never formed. Instead, Medal’s throat twitched, and he emitted a strange breathing sound.
In front of Medal was Shizuku’s smile. It was beautiful, captivatingly so.
“Medal-sama. It is not my intention to trouble you. Nor to have to rely on others.” -Shizuku
Shizuku said this feebly. She gently touched Medal’s cheek, brought her face close enough for her breath to tickle him, teasing Medal.
“Medal-sama, you helped me when I first entered the academy and did not know my way around. You were the first to help me.” -Shizuku
So
“Medal-sama, please forgive my selfishness. Unlike the others, you will do this for me, won’t you?” -Shizuku
Medal, upon hearing Shizuku’s words, became speechless. His heart, still immature in controlling emotions, was swayed, turning red, then blue, and finally pale white. He nodded slightly, bowing his head and murmuring a faint “understood”.
“But, but don’t forget, you are mine…!!” -Medal
“Thank you, Medal-sama.” -Shizuku
With that, Medal returned to the academy. Although he walked as usual, to Ur, he seemed like a spirit drained of its essence. Shizuku watched his retreating figure until the end, then turned to Ur with a beaming smile.
“Now, Ur-sama! Shall we go?” -Shizuku
“Seiza.” -Ur
“Oh my.” -Shizuku
“It’s not ‘oh my.” -Ur

“……..” -Lynne
Lynne Nuu Leyline had returned to the central district of the City of Sin, Lust, once again.
Her purpose was clear. What she needed to do was unmistakable. Her sole aim was to prove the righteousness of the Leyline’s soul.
Her conviction, which had always been strong, had become unyielding due to the events at her family home. No matter what happened, no matter the circumstances, she had decided she would not bend.
But she knew that she could never achieve this alone. That’s why she needed cooperation. The power of Ur, the rising star. His cooperation was essential, even knowing the shortcomings of Leyline’s magic and still accepting it.
Perhaps, after some time had passed, he might have had a change of heart. But what of it? If necessary, she would prostrate herself on the ground to get his help.
She must, absolutely must, show them all. Her family!! The world!!!!
With such a resolution, she returned to her own battlefield,
“I told you to restrain yourself. To assess the limits. Was that the result of your assessment?” -Ur
“I thought it might work.” -Shizuku
“It didn’t work. No, in a sense, it’s gone too far. That’s not a color a normal human’s complexion should change to.” -Ur
She encountered Ur, who was giving a serious lecture to the transfer student Shizuku.
“…What are you doing?” -Lynne
“Lecturing. I’m busy right now, so please wait… Lynne?” -Ur
“My, Lynne-sama! It’s good to see you’ve returned safely!” -Shizuku
Thus, Ur and his companions were assembled.
